Community Wellness Collaborative
CWC
The Community Wellness Collaborative—CWC—was started by Action Network to address the need for collaborative strategies and services for mental health and wellness on the Redwood Coast in Mendocino and Sonoma County.
The CWC coordinates efforts to address challenges and concerns, create multi-agency service delivery systems and identify gaps and community needs.

The CWC coordinates efforts to address challenges and concerns, create multi-agency service delivery systems and identify gaps in community needs.
