The Garden Project
Action Network manages the Community Garden located in Point Arena. This is a space where community members or groups can come together, sign up to tend their own garden beds, hold community events or workshops, and an overall peaceful place to enjoy nature right in the heart of town.
Mission
Action Network's mission in the garden is to foster community connection through learning and tending the relationships to the plants they grow, and to encourage and deepen the connection to nature and its perpetual cycles.
Vision
We see the garden as a peaceful place, where the whole community can come and experience its beauty. We see aspects of food sovereignty, empowered individuals, creative collaboration, and continuous celebration and honoring of nature.
