Position: Community Outreach and Family Advocate – Bilingual
32 hours per week with Benefits
We are looking for a dynamic, creative, and dedicated person to join Action Network in serving the South Coast community to support the health and wellness of youth and families. This position serves a diverse community, providing individuals with tools and resources to navigate life challenges, and facilitating and leading programs and events. The Community Outreach Advocate will work collaboratively with the Action Network team to coordinate and offer our Teen Action Project, Garden Together Project, Food Access Program, and work with regional organizations to provide comprehensive services.
Action Network helps meet the growing needs of people of all ages and backgrounds. We practice the whole community wellness approach to support thriving, resilient and connected communities. Our offices are in The Center in downtown Point Arena.
