Young people can make a difference.

The mission of the YES Project is to raise awareness of climate disasters and health impacts, help make our diverse community disaster-resilient, and empower young people to take action.

Community Climate Resilience

This project helps improve our community climate resilience by:

  • Building partnerships with other community organizations

  • Providing youth education on climate disasters

  • Increasing youth engagement in disaster planning and expanding available resources such as community garden, water collection, solar panels, and more.
